A quieter table, a fuller glass — this is the Wine Society's own evening at Tītī, an evening for members to slow down the wine list, taste properly and talk about what's in the glass without queuing for a double-charged checkout.

Chef builds the menu the other way round: tasting notes first, plate second. Five courses, each rewriting the same line — seasonal Otago produce, kept clean and confident, designed to make the pairing look effortless even when it really wasn't.

Numbers are kept deliberately small so the conversation stays table-sized and the pours stay generous. Tasting notes go home with you, and every member leaves with first right of refusal on next season's dinners.
