If you fail to show up, cancel, or the number of diners in your party decreases without at least 24 hours notice for groups smaller than 7 and 48 hours notice for groups larger than 7, we reserve the right to charge your nominated card the nominated booking authorisation amount per missing person in your booking. You can cancel your reservation by "cancel booking" on your email booking confirmation or by emailing us at hello@titi.co.nz. Failure to do so will result in the agreed fee being debited from the credit card you provided in the booking process.

Please note, we may require a debit or credit card number to secure your reservation. If requested, you must provide valid debit or credit card information which we will store securely according to PCI guidelines and in the case of the cancellation policy terms not being met, will charge to your card the late cancellation fee of the nominated booking authorisation amount per booked guest. Your card will not be charged unless the cancellation policy is broken.

Paper card vouchers have to be redeemed in their original version, copies or phone pictures won't be accepted. All vouchers, cards or online are valid for three year from the date of purchase. Card vouchers are single-use vouchers, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash. NO REFUNDS will be given for any expiring or already expired vouchers.
